Chose this property because we wanted a 1-bedroom suite (traveling with kids), which can be very difficult to find in London. The room did not disappoint, it had ample space for our family. The staff was amazing and the location couldn't have been better for exploring London. Great value for the price, I would definitely stay there again.

.Hotel has good bones and spacious rooms with elegant appointments and high ceilings. We had a Deluxe Double. Luxurious large room with sofa, coffee table and chair. I slept well because our room (31) was very quiet (until an upstairs guest walked around on his creaky floor for 30 min. At 23:00). Shower temp fluctuated in a 8 second cycle from perfect to cooler. AC worked perfectly. Nice towel warmers. Very quiet. Good dining in the hotel's restaurant. LLP Extremely cordial staff. Enjoyed our 4 days there.

I have been staying at this hotel many times. Great location, next to the metro. Great staff. I like the size of the room, the interior, cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the presence in the bathroom of not only shampoo, but also air conditioning (shower gel and body lotion too), iron, hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, wardrobe, small desk, adjustable air conditioning, two bottles of water daily.

Six months ago I already stayed at this hotel - left not the best memories. I was forced to return, because I ordered a room literally 1-2 days before arrival. And I'm very happy to be back! Cleanliness, comfort, level of service - all at a very high level. Cleaning is daily, bedding is changed 2 times in 6 nights, Upon request, a bathrobe was immediately provided. The room has an iron, hair dryer, shampoo and hair conditioner, coffee / tea accessories, refrigerator. Enough storage space - wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers. Very friendly staff. A 2-minute walk from Oxford Street and 5 minutes from Marble Arch tube station.

The room was small but cozy, very strategic location ( Hyde Park, Oxford St, Marble arch ) only few steps away ! I was travelling alone with a baby, the staff were very helpful and friendly.. Khan and the other guy I can't remember his name, in the attached photo. I never felt alone.. It's not the best, but there is something about this place that makes it better than five stars hotels !

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would particularly mention Andreea on reception who I contacted from Barcelona when I missed a connection. She was very responsive in giving me advice and, when I met her, I realised how professional she is in dealing with clients and making them feel welcome.

AC worked perfectly. Nice towel warmers. Extremely cordial staff. Enjoyed our 4 days there. Recommended if you want to be near the Mall, Hyde Park, and Harrods. Mayfair is a nice area. Very quiet.

Location is amazing! Value for money. Friendly and very accommodating staff (Thanks Andrea and team!). I was given heads up on the elevator only going up to 4th floor and my room was on the 5th. They helped me with the bags so no biggie. Very happy with my stay as the intent was to shop! It's near to everything at central London.

The location was very convenient and within a walking distance from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. There were many cafes and restaurants near the hotel and a 3 minute walking to a bus stop that would directly take us to Oxford Circus, Picaddily Square, Hyde Park, Camden and other tourist attractions. The staff was very kind and professional and at our service 24/7. Although the hotel style was vintage not modern because the building itself was built almost 200 years ago, the hotel itself has modern facilities. I booked a suit, so There was a kitchenette with a small oven and refrigerator. For those who care about a bidet shower, there’s one, which for me was a big bonus.
