Excellent location for the West End of London and only 2 mins walk to Marble Arch tube station so very easy to get around London. It is a nice quirky hotel with character. My room was quiet and up a flight of stairs which did not have lift access, however, the concierge carried my luggage to my room without hesitation and showed me how the heating worked. Very comfortable bed. The staff I dealt with at this hotel are exceptional and were very helpful during my stay. I needed a sewing kit to fix a dress urgently and they supplied it quickly on request. The needle in the sewing kit had a very small eye so I couldn't thread it. The guys on reception and concierge were really helpful in doing it for me using various innovative techniques! I really appreciated this and they took on board my feedback that the sewing kits need better needles which they would pass on to the relevant person. The complimentary mini mince pies on reception were also very good!

The suite consisted of a large living room and dining area, a small kitchen, and two generously sized bedrooms, each equipped with two showers and a full bath. Despite some slightly uneven floors and aging fixtures and furniture, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, finding charm in the hotel's character. The breakfast, served in-room, was excellent for both adults and children. The staff were attentive and friendly. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just minutes away from Marble Arch tube and bus stops, as well as Oxford Street.
